Shag House Announcement

Thank you for your support of Modernism Week and The Shag House Featured Home project. This web page is to provide more information to previous ticket holders of tours and events that were cancelled at The Shag House. Modernism Week completed the full refunds to all tour and event ticket holders on February 9, 2023.

We are sorry and disappointed to cancel the home tours and cocktail parties previously scheduled in February due to unforeseen construction delays. The delays were related to manufacturing problems, shipping delays and labor shortages. These set-backs have unfortunately prevented the property from being completed in time for Modernism Week 2023.

We hope we’ll have a chance to see the house again in the future. Please check back on the Modernism Week website for more details about future events.
