Y, a series of home tours devoted to celebrating significant examples of Desert Modernist architecture and interior design that have been preserved, restored, and contain carefully curated furnishings and décor.

Organized by Modernism Week Board Members, Maureen Erbe and Gary Johns, this evening's conversations will include the homeowners and their designers who are helping to restore and refresh the property, and Nelda Linsk, one of Arthur Elrod's closest friends and Palm Springs icon.

Mr. Elrod was a superstar interior designer before the word was coined. His great style and taste helped define, what we love about Palm Springs today, its Style.
