Back by popular demand following its sold-out tours in 2024 and 2025! “Canyon View Estates: The Finale” returns for Modernism Week 2027, inviting you inside one of Palm Springs’ most distinctive–and delightfully glamorous–midcentury enclaves!

Completed in 1967, “The Finale” is the last phase (HOA 7) of renowned architect William Krisel’s celebrated Canyon View Estates–and, as the name suggests, they may just have saved the best for last! Hollywood came calling, too–movie fans will recognize the Canyon View Estates neighborhood as the picture-perfect setting for the town of “Victory” in the 2022 feature film Don’t Worry Darling.

Perched on a rise in its own walled and private enclave of just 14 homes, The Finale enjoys a setting all its own. These generously sized residences feature the largest floor plans in CanyonView Estates–nearly 2,000 square feet–wrapped in quintessential Krisel style, from iconic umbrella rooflines to dramatic clerestory windows that flood the home with desert sunshine.

For this year’s tour, six exceptional homes swing open their doors, each showcasing its own personality, style and take on Desert Modern living. Step out to expansive patios with spectacular views east and south across Indian Canyons toward Southridge and the iconic Bob Hope house, while the gorgeous Andreas Hills complete an “only-in-Palm-Springs” backdrop.

Inside, you’ll find spacious three-bedroom, two-bath floor plans, extended eat-in kitchens with west-facing mountain views, interior laundry rooms, two-car garages, and plenty of midcentury character. Outside, lush landscaping and a secluded, resort-style pool and spa add the perfect finishing touch. All that’s missing is a caftan and a cocktail!

Five of the six homes were featured on our popular 2024 and 2025 tours, making this a fabulous encore and another chance to discover why The Finale is always worth a curtain call!
