Little Beverly Hills Neighborhood Home Tour: From Forgotten to Fabulous Celebrating Our 70th Anniversary

Join us for a special 2027 Modernism Week event celebrating the 70th anniversary of Little Beverly Hills—one of Palm Springs' most beloved midcentury neighborhoods.

This curated tour will feature eight exceptional homes, including four of our most fabulous returning residences and four newly refurbished properties. The neighborhood will also be highlighted in an upcoming feature in Atomic Ranch magazine, showcasing the rich history and enduring appeal of Little Beverly Hills in Palm Springs.

Step back in time as you explore this iconic pocket neighborhood in South Palm Springs, the Alexander Construction Company's second completed development between 1957 and 1958. Originally marketed as “Enchanted Village,” the community features homes designed by renowned architect William Krisel, AIA, along with residences by noted builder Jack Meiselman, whose work helped shape the broader midcentury landscape of Palm Springs. While many of the homes share similar floor plans, variations in rooflines, orientations and sitting create a neighborhood of harmonious yet distinct architectural character including a notable residence designed by Steve Chase, protégé of Arthur Elrod.

Guests will experience how today’s homeowners have thoughtfully revitalized and restored these classic midcentury residences, embracing timeless Palm Springs style with an emphasis on seamless indoor-outdoor living—perfect for entertaining. As you tour these homes, you can almost hear the ice clinking in cocktail shakers, evoking the spirit of the era.

This is a rare opportunity to celebrate the legacy, design, and lifestyle of Little Beverly Hills—past and present.
