Local photographer, artist and curator Terry Hastings will lead an engaging talk tracing the lineage of midcentury Modernism from the 1930s to the 1970s—and revealing how today’s artists echo, adapt and reinvent those iconic ideals.

From Bauhaus restraint to Pop Art mischief, Terry will spotlight the creators who carry the torch, whether through abstract expressionism, desert surrealism, or poolside minimalism.
