Alan Wanzenberg reflects on a pivotal period in New York when the art world revolved around Andy Warhol and when Jed Johnson emerged from the Factory as a leading interior designer in his own right.

Architect Alan Wanzenberg looks back on New York in the 1970s to ’90s when Andy Warhol and the Factory were at the heart of the art and social scenes, and where Alan and Jed Johnson embarked on a personal and professional partnership that created singular homes for clients in the fashion, music, film and art worlds before Jed’s untimely death.

In conversation with Adele Cygelman, who was Jed and Alan’s editor at Architectural Digest.
