This year’s stunning venue is the John and Estella Snyder Residence (1932, William Charles Tanner), currently being considered for Class 1 historic designation by the city of Palm Springs. Also known as Morada La Estrella (“Home of the Star”) the home is situated on a large lot on a prominent corner of the Old Las Palmas neighborhood.

Enter the home’s grand hall, with its carved wood-trusses and exposed beam cathedral-ceiling, and treat yourself to the many artful Spanish Revival architectural details which are carried throughout the lavish residence. Outside, the extensive grounds feature a tennis court, large swimming pool, spa, and adjacent pergola. With your martini in hand, enjoy the remarkable silhouetted mountain backdrop when night falls. Finally, do not forget that the famous Retro Martini Party is the perfect event to show off your best vintage attire!
