The Ocotillo Lodge, built in 1957, once served as a hotel for those lured into the glitz and glamour of Palm Springs living. As part of the larger Twin Palms development, potential home buyers got a preview of the experience of living in the modernist neighborhood. Today, the Ocotillo Lodge is a coveted condo community.

Designed by Palmer & Krisel and built by the Alexander Company, units feature classic midcentury architectural details: concrete block, tongue and groove ceilings with exposed beams, clerestory windows and walls of glass. The Ocotillo Lodge was recognized as a historic district by the City of Palm Springs in 2024. A portion of the proceeds support the preservation and restoration of the Ocotillo Lodge.
