During this workshop, Lizarraga will take things to the next level with a brand-new, hands-on class dedicated to one of Italy’s most beloved (and impressive!) pastas: fresh, handmade cheese tortellini. This workshop dives into the art of rolling, filling, and folding tortellini completely from scratch. She will guide you step by step, sharing her techniques, tips, and passion as you transform simple ingredients into delicate, flavor-packed pasta pillows. You’ll also learn how to pair your tortellini with one of her irresistible signature sauces.

You’ll get your hands dirty, ask questions, laugh a little—and yes, you’ll take home both a recipe card and your own house-made tortellini, ready to cook and enjoy later.
