The Modern Garden Tour is a perennial favorite among Modernism Week attendees and sells out quickly. A variety of six landscapes will be explored, from art-filled oases, gardens filled with ceramics and succulents to secret terraced spaces. Along the way, a scenic array of Palm Springs’ most interesting neighborhoods will be visited.

On a secret lane in the Historic Tennis Club, an architect has created a terraced landscape rising up from his chic midcentury home. In Vista Las Palmas, a highly creative couple and their landscape architect have adorned their lushly planted gardens with sophisticated Modern sculptures. In Twin Palms, a generous corner lot has been carefully brought back to life both at the street and in the intimate rear gardens.
