Designed by acclaimed Modernist architect William Cody and built between 1970 and 1972, the Andreas Hills II condominiums were envisioned as executive weekend retreats. The community comprises 26 residences with two-and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 1,800 to 2,800 square feet. Several of the three-bedroom units are two-story designs, showcasing Cody’s talent for creating spacious and livable modern environments.

Nestled at the southern edge of Palm Springs behind Murray Peak, the six-acre property features sweeping views of Mt. San Jacinto and the nearby mountains. Broad greenbelts, mature landscaping and a central pool and spa create a lush, low-density setting that enhances the serene character of the neighborhood.

As part of Modernism Week, this special tour offers guests a rare opportunity to explore six residences within one of Palm Springs’ most peaceful and sought-after communities—an enduring example of Cody’s desert Modern design.
