The Palm Springs Look is growing up. It’s not just midmod anymore. People are collecting the 70s, the 80s and even the 90s. Brutalism. Brazilian leather. Memphis color. The Aaron Spelling glam of Steve Chase.

Meet the photographer Don Flood, whose stunning photographs capture insider-only views of 22 of the most exciting desert houses from his new book Inside Palm Springs (Vendome Press, Nov 2025).

Then hear a very opinionated discussion as Stephen Drucker, the former editor of House Beautiful, and interior designers Darren Brown, Sean Gaston and Lucien Rees Roberts show their dazzling projects from the book, talk about where desert decorating is headed, what they’re buying and collecting, and why Palm Springs has become one of the most exciting, creative design labs in the world.

A book signing will follow the presentation.
