Diesel Dazzle… Got to Investigate Silicones…The Bathrooms Are Coming…? Welcome to the head-spinning alternate universe of industrial musical theater, hosted by returning Modernism Week presenter and Letterman/Simpsons comedy writer Steve Young.

Steve, the star of Dava Whisenant’s award-winning documentary Bathtubs Over Broadway, discovered private sales meeting musicals while gathering obscure albums for the Letterman show’s "Dave's Record Collection" segment. The leading authority on the secret world of industrial shows the public was never supposed to see, Steve returns to Palm Springs with a cornucopia of surreal, ultra-rare 50s-to-70s in-house films from Citgo, Purina, Dodge, American-Standard, and more—new clips as well as previous Modernism Week favorites—along with affectionately snarky commentary and even a bit of live music.

Don’t miss this unique cavalcade of motivational capitalist infotainment! You’ll be amazed, you’ll be amused, you’ll be singing along–and you might even be inspired to get out there and sell, sell, sell!

“Steve Young is a show business triple threat. Quadruple threat? Who cares, no one is safe!”—Dave Letterman
