Guests will enjoy interior tours of seven mobile homes, showcasing a range of styles from preserved midcentury character to thoughtfully updated and creatively reimagined residences, along with a hidden garden, expansive outdoor spaces, lush landscaping, and the indoor-outdoor lifestyle synonymous with desert living. The experience also includes access to the William F. Cody–designed clubhouse (1953–56), plus views of the pool, landscaped grounds, and community amenities. Originally conceived during Crosby’s time in Palm Springs, the community—then known as Blue Skies Trailer Village—was designed as a refined yet relaxed escape for friends and fellow entertainers. Streets are named after early residents and investors such as Jack Benny, George Burns, and Barbara Stanwyck, reflecting its deep Hollywood roots.
