South Palm Canyond Drive in Palm Springs, CA with palm trees and Modernism Week banner

Completed in 1968, the Elrod House is a timeless testament to the talents of architect John Lautner, and interior designer Arthur Elrod, at the height of their game. The house, famously featured in the 1971 James Bond film, Diamonds Are Forever, is emerging from a stunning restoration.

Join owner, fashion designer Jeremy Scott, architectural restorer Mark Haddawy, architects Frank Escher (“John Lautner, Architect”) and Alan Hess (“The Architecture of John Lautner”), and moderator Adele Cygelman (“Arthur Elrod: Desert Modern Design”) for a deep dive into Arthur Elrod’s singular home and its current restoration.

In addition to this presentation is the World Premiere of Arthur Elrod: Desert Cool.
